We just got back from our saturday morning run with the running club....a short run today, only 50 minutes.....next week we are doing the Mothers Day Cancer Run....i will put Lisa's name on my t-shirt too and send you some photos...

Tony and I did theMothers Day run this morning, guess what!!?? I sprained my ankle, 1 km from the end...i was angry with myself, Tony and I hobbled the km to the finish line i have never ever walked over the finish line before...oh well, want meant to happen today> Mum and Dad took Sally out for lunch today, they had a good time and everyone is well..
